The Problem
The driveway was below road grade and lacked adequate drainage causing water to pool up.

The Process
Strip and excavate the low, poorly drained area to a stable subgrade, install proper drainage (culvert and/or French drain) to establish water flow, then place geotextile and build up the driveway with compacted structural fill and road base in lifts to the desired elevation and slope. Finish by grading and compacting a surface course that sheds water and ties cleanly into the roadway.

A stable, above-grade driveway with proper drainage that sheds water, resists settling and rutting, and provides a durable, all-weather surface with a clean tie-in to the road.
